1. Service
SAARS (operated under the trade name Baseline Digital Works) provides a self-reported reference estimator and a static educational PDF checklist. We do not access customer systems or deliver executable configuration changes.
2. No advice or guarantees
Outputs are informational reference values only. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or compliance advice. We do not guarantee savings, accuracy, or suitability for any transaction.
3. Digital goods & update guarantee
You receive a digital bundle (PDF and spreadsheet templates) after payment. Purchasers who provide a valid email at Stripe Checkout are registered for update notices when SAARS publishes a new coefficient edition or bundle revision within 12 months of the purchase date. Updates are informational; we do not guarantee a minimum number of releases.
Refund rules follow applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction and will be finalized before launch.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
